Kim joined Barefoot Flow in April 2026, teaching reformer classes.
My Story
Kim has been teaching mat for nearly 10 years. She enjoys teaching a wide range of clients and loves nothing more than to see their progress and progression. Alongside her mat classes, Kim also holds a Comphrensive Equipment Diploma from Polestar Pilates.This has enabled her to entend her teaching knowledge by using the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Spine corrector for different classes.
When Kim is not in the Pilates studio, she can usually be found on a netball court somewhere, either playing for her team, or supporting her netball club.
