ALL ABILITIES MAT PILATES
Our All Abilities Mat classes are designed to be inclusive and accessible for everyone. These low-intensity sessions focus on building strength, flexibility, and balance, making them perfect for everyone from beginners to those to those who are regular pilates practitioners. Our experienced instructors will provide a varied program of classes, to each designed to cater to each individual's needs through options and variations that will both challenge you and support your progress. Whether you're recovering from an injury, looking to ease back into fitness or simply want to enhance your well-being, our supportive sessions will help you achieve your goals at your own pace and discover the benefits of Pilates in a welcoming atmosphere!

ALL ABILITIES REFORMER
This low-intensity reformer class is designed for those seeking a slower-paced, supportive Pilates session to build strength, flexibility and body awareness to be accessible to everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. Our skilled instructors will guide you through the exercises at a comfortable pace, providing suitable variations and adaptations, ensuring that each movement is tailored to your individual needs. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, you'll find these class to be welcoming and supportive, helping you to improve your posture, increase your flexibility, and enhance your overall well-being. BEGINNER'S REFORMER COURSE
A six‑week course, ideal for anyone new to reformer Pilates. Your instructor will gently guide participants through the essentials of moving safely and confidently around the reformer as well as working through the foundation exercises. By the end, you’ll feel confident to join other group classes. If you are someone who would like to try reformer but has not yet taken the plunge, this would make the perfect starting point.

ESSENCE OF REFORMER PILATES
These classes return to the foundations of reformer Pilates, emphasizing simplicity, precision and control. By stripping back the exercises to their original form, these sessions focus deeply on the core principles of the Pilates method - concentration, control, centring, flow, precision and breath - bringing mindful movement to the forefront of each exercises. Designed to move at a moderate pace, these classes offer a subtly challenging experience that encourages body awareness, alignment and strength. Whether you are new to pilates or a seasoned practitioner, this class provides the opportunity to refine your technique, reconnect your body and build a strong foundation for more advanced work. Suitable for all abilities.

INTERMEDIATE REFORMER
Join our intermediate pilates class, designed for those who are already familiar with the basics of pilates and ready to take their practice to the next level. Engage in more complex exercises at a moderate pace, ensuring a mindful approach to your movements. These sessions allow you to progress the essential exercises you are already familar with to an intermediate level, challenging your body and your mind as you learn the more technical aspects of the pilates method, perfect for those looking to deepen their understanding of pilates. Not suitable for beginners. Come and strengthen your body while enhancing your skills in a supportive environment!

INTERMEDIATE+ REFORMER
This higher-intensity class is designed for individuals with a solid foundation in the beginner to intermediate reformer repertoire. It offers a more dynamic and challenging workout that builds on established skills, incorporating advanced movements, increased pace and greater core engagement. Participants should be comfortable with key Pilates principles and exercises, as the class assumes prior experience and body awareness. Please note: This class is not suitable for beginners or individuals recovering from a recent injury, due to the intensity and complexity of the exercises. If you're unsure whether this level is appropriate for you, we recommend speaking with your instructor before attending.

MIXED SMALL EQUIPMENT MAT PILATES
This is a low-intensity, accessible class, perfect for anyone looking to move mindfully, whether you're new to Pilates or simply prefer a gentler pace. Each session focuses on controlled, flowing movements that enhance strength, stability and flexiblity. To deepen your experience, we incorporate one of more pieces of small equipment such as resistance bands, balls or isotoners. These tools both assist and challenge your movements, helping you to build bone density, improve posture and increase body awareness. Expect a friendly, supportive atmosphere that leaves you feeling refreshed, aligned and stronger from the inside out. Suitable for all levels.

POST-NATAL REFORMER
These specialised Reformer classes are designed to suppor tand enhance your cycling performance year-round, with a focus that shifts seasonally to meet the demands of your training calendar. As riding intensity and mileage increase in the warmer months, the focus transitions to restorative movement, dynamic stretching and releasing tension. This approach helps offset the repetitive strain of trainign, promoting faster recovery and reducing the risk of inury. During the off-season, classes emphasise developing strength, muscular endurance and joint stability. Expect a more strength-based approach that targets areas often under-used or imbalanced in cycling, helping you to build a solid foundation for the summer months. This class is suitable for all abilities.

REFORMER FOR CYCLISTS

REFORMER FOR REHABILITATION
Reformer for Rehabilitation is a gentle, highly supportive session designed to help you rebuild strength, mobility and confidence after injury, surgery or periods of pain. Working at a slow, considered pace, you’ll use the Reformer’s springs and straps to guide movement safely, improve alignment and restore functional patterns without strain. With close attention to your individual needs, this class offers a calm, reassuring space to reconnect with your body, ease tension and progress steadily towards feeling stronger, more balanced and more at home in your movement.

RISE & SHINE REFORMER
An All Abilities reformer class for the early birds amongst us! This low-intensity class is designed for those seeking a slower-paced, supportive Pilates session to build strength, flexibility and body awareness to be accessible to everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. Our skilled instructors will guide you through the exercises at a comfortable pace, providing suitable variations and adaptations, ensuring that each movement is tailored to your individual needs. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, you'll find these classes to be welcoming and supportive, helping you to improve your posture, increase your flexibility, and enhance your overall well-being.

STANDING MAT PILATES
This class is well suited to those wanting to build strength and stability in knees or hips; maybe you’re heading to the slopes for a skiing holiday or perhaps you want to improve your running endurance, or you may even be preparing for, or recovering from an operation. Whatever you’re preparing for this class will give you a wonderful head start! The advantage of these classes is that they will be perfect for anyone who finds lying on a mat or reformer uncomfortable or inadvisable; including those with back injuries or those who are 20 weeks+ pregnant. If you’ve wanted to try pilates but have been advised against exercising whilst lying down then this class is your answer!

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING MAT
A dynamic Mat Pilates class designed to strengthen, tone and challenge your entire body. This low-impact yet highly effective workout focusses on core stability, flexibility, posture and overall muscular endurance by using the classical pilates exercises with a contemporary twist. Suitable for all fitness levels from beginners to experienced practitioners with modifications provided to ensure everyone gets the most out of each session.

STRETCH & FLOW MAT
Stretch & Flow is a low-intensity mat Pilates class designed to gently improve your flexibilty and mobility whilst reducing your tension. Guided at a calm and accessible pace, this class is ideal for a ll levels - including beginners and those returning to movement after a break. With a focus on mindful stretching and fluid transitions, whilst still adhering to the key Pilates principles you will experience a full-body reset that supports joint health, eases muscle tension and enhances body awareness. Whether you're looking to unwind, recover or simply move with ease, this pilates class offers a welcoming space to reconnect with your body and to breathe.

STRONG MAT
This higher-intensity class is designed for individuals with a solid foundation in the beginner to internediate Mat repertoire. It offers a more dynamic and challending workout that builds on established skills, incorporating advanced movements, increased pace and greater core engagement.
